Virtual asset services in Brazil are provided by D.A. Sociedade Prestadora de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais Ltda ("ARQ PSAV"), registered with the CNPJ under No. 61.469.681/0001-26, which operates as a virtual asset service provider in the capacity of a virtual asset intermediary and is subject to the transition regime established by BCB Resolution 520/25. To provide these services, ARQ PSAV may engage third parties, including custody service providers abroad and liquidity providers, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Services related to the international credit card are provided by Pier 5 S.A. de C.V., RFC DME210525LC7.
Services related to local accounts, services, and payments are provided by Atlas Brasil ARQ Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., with the CNPJ under No. 27.126.513/0001-08.
Securities distribution services to Brazilian investors are provided by Oslo Capital DTVM S.A., registered with the CNPJ under No. 13.673.855/0001-25, a company duly authorized to operate as a securities distributor by the Banco Central do Brasil, as well as in accordance with Parecer de Orientação 33 of the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários and the ANBIMA Distribution Code.
