To share a receipt in ARQ, open the local bank withdrawal transaction and tap “View receipt.” Then take a screenshot or use “Share PDF” to export it and send it from your preferred app.

Export and share your transfer receipts

Sent a transfer and you want to show a receipt for the transaction you made on ARQ? No need to worry. Now you can share the receipt of any withdrawal you made on ARQ with the tap of a button!

With this new feature, you can export and share a receipt of the transfer as a PDF file.

🧾 What’s included in the receipt?

This receipt shows all the transfer details, including the status, amount, currency, recipient details, transaction ID, and more.

Even if the transfer is pending, you can share your receipt as proof that the withdrawal was made and that the transfer's status is pending.

👀 How to share a receipt?

  1. Open ARQ and tap on any withdrawal transaction (either in USD, MXN, ARS, or COP).

  2. Tap on View receipt.

  3. Take a screenshot of the receipt or tap on Share PDF to export and share it through your preferred app.
