If you have a US bank account, you can link it to ARQ in just a couple of minutes. Tap the “Add” button on the homescreen, and choose “Link a US account” to start the process.
Once linked, you’ll be able to transfer USD to ARQ in just a few clicks. After your account is linked successfully, you won’t have to re-link it again - it’s that easy. Once linked, hold your balance in virtual dollars, or transfer back to pesos.
ACH transfers in the US arrive in three to five days, but may take up to a week. Your balance will be updated as soon as we receive your transfer.
You will be able to link up to 5 different accounts from the different banks we offer.
There is a minimum transfer amount of 5 USD, and the maximum transfer amount depends on your ARQ account limits. Go to the “Limits” section in your profile to learn more.
